We store the information that we have obtained from you with your consent, for example, when you participated in contests, subscribed to newsletters via email, registered, or contacted us. This is most commonly your name, email address, and phone number. We also record information about your interests through analysis of your clicks on our website and in the emails you receive from us.

2. WHAT DO WE USE THIS DATA FOR?

We use this data for market research and marketing purposes, i.e., to individually tailor and send selected information via email or text messages, to offer products and services, and to send commercial communications through electronic means, according to Act No. 480/2004 Coll.

3. HOW LONG IS PERSONAL DATA STORED?

In general, we store all the information you provide to us for as long as you are interested in receiving our promotional information, i.e., for the period specified in your consent. Most often, personal data is processed until you withdraw your consent or for a specific period stated in the consent.

If you no longer wish us to use your data, we will of course fulfill your request immediately and free of charge (see section 5).

4. CAN YOU FIND OUT WHAT DATA WE HOLD ABOUT YOU?

Yes. You may request information at any time about the data we store about you, in accordance with § 12 of the Data Protection Act.

5. CAN YOU REQUEST THE DELETION OF DATA HELD ABOUT YOU?

Yes. You can request partial or complete deletion of your data at any time. Please use our contact form for this. We will fulfill your request without delay and immediately stop sending further promotional materials. In certain cases where required by law, your personal data will be retained and the file will be blocked, not deleted.

You may also request the blocking, correction, or supplementation of your personal data at any time. You also have other rights according to § 21 of the Data Protection Act.

6. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND DO WE USE THEM?

Cookies are small text files stored on the hard drive of website visitors. The information contained in such cookies helps you navigate the internet and ensures the proper display of our website. However, our cookies are not capable of identifying you as a specific person.
